25.01.2022 Something to remember about RUOK Day.
24.01.2022 Today's Body Weight Workout - 25- Minute Intense Cardio 1. Jog on the spot for 2 minutes (this is your warm-up). 2. High knees on the spot for 1 minute. 3. Star jumps or Jumping Jacks for 1 minute.... 4. Wide stance squats for 45 seconds. 5. Narrow stance squats for 45 seconds. 6. Jog on the spot for 2 minutes with left and right air punches. 7. Bicycle crunch 1 set x 50 reps. NOTE: No rest in-between exercises. After the last exercise rest for 1 minute then repeat the circuit 4 times.

Because microwaving food requires less heat and time than other processes, it is actually a very good way to retain nutrients when cooking. Be careful what you believe!!
