Sampling a laksa from TAK KEE ROAST INN on Wooley St. Such a beautiful day we decided to sit in the community outdoor mini pavilions, this seating is available for EVERYONE sampling a bite to eat from any restaurant on Wooley St. Not hungry? No problem, the community outdoor mini pavilions are for EVERYONE.

15.01.2022 This week on Sounds in the Village! Brendan Keller-Tuberg Brendan Keller-Tuberg is an emerging bassist and composer. A regular Canberra performer in both ja...zz and contemporary spheres, his passion and dedication for music has taken him across the globe - most recently, he returned from completing a masters' degree at Indiana University in the US in March 2020. As a composer, Brendan's primary fascination is with blurring the lines between jazz and art music with indie rock, folk, electronica, metal, and more. He has released multiple albums as a band member and leader - most recently, his US-based project Crossroads Quintet released their debut album 'Intertwined' in May. This intimate duo performance with Canberra jazz stalwart Victor Rufus will see the pair performing a combination of jazz standards, fresh takes on contemporary pop and indie classics, and original songs. Don't miss this and more! There will also be performances from student groups. NOTE: time has changed to 11-1pm. See you all there!!
