'LUNA', which is short for 'Lunawanna', is the beautiful town I was lucky enough to grow up in located on Bruny Island; an Island off the South-East coast of Tasmania. This Island is everything to me, and has shaped who I am today as a person. Along with support from my family, Bruny Island gave me the gift of surfing. Regardless of the cold temperatures, surfing was my sport of choice growing up, also being the only young female surfer on the Island. It has led me to where I am today.. A competitor on the World Qualifying Surfing Series with hopes to qualify for the World Championship Tour eventually. Surfing is my passion, and this is the lifestyle I have chosen. Creating uniquely crafted jewellery is a passion; but it will also be funding my life passion, surfing. I am a completely self funded athlete, and aim to compete in as many World Qualifying Surfing Series events as possible which stretch out all over the globe, to give me the best chance of qualifying for the World Tour.
