After having issues with a previous tune that the Hiace had it was put back to standard for a base run and diagnostics to make sure everything was ok. With the car given the green light we carried out the custom tune. Green line is before run with no tune and Red line is after a full custom tune. Awsome results and totally different car to drive. 03.01.2022 TRITON ML 2006 First dyno run for the ML Triton lacking a heap of power and torque went over the normal checks before tuning. What we found ! Lack of boost pressure due to carbon build up in the map sensor line.... Manifold heavily carbon common issue with the tritons Intake hosing old and perished What we did ! Clean and replace map sensor line That’s It, No Tune Great improvement from just cleaning one item. Next we will be carrying out the manifold clean and rerun due to the common issue with carbon build up in the manifolds of these tritons.
