07.01.2022 Beneath the mask... What are you truly thinking & feeling? Are you revealing your authentic self?... Often, we hide our deepest truths...our struggles / trauma...our sadness / discomfort....our unfulfilled dreams / passions. We live an illusion to avert vulnerability and possible rejection. However, our paradoxical existence, creates a disconnect within (I.e. the self), between (I.e. with others, all forms of nature / the world) and without (I.e. an ego). Inturn, this separation causes paralysis in thought and action. We become a prisoner of our mind...and we forget how to think, feel & live with our HEARTS. A life filled with discomfort, pain and suffering results. But, when we see, accept, reveal and resolve (heal) this disconnect and its underlying causes (E.g. trauma, ego etc) we transform our way of being forever. @enlightened.dietitian @for_oneness
