21.01.2022 This is what we want to see! NBN in their ultimate wisdom cut off a customers phone lines and refuse to reconnect. Long story short weve got them up and running again temporarily with a Cisco 8 Port ATA and a VoIP (SIP) account with an Australian provider. 13.01.2022 We supplied and setup this Lenovo refurbished desktop for a new client in Glenelg on Thursday night. He had an old AMD Athlon with 2GB of ram that was bluescreening. This little 4th Gen Core i3 with 8GB of ram, Built in Wifi & Bluetooth is a big step up! He was very very happy.

12.01.2022 Running up 2 of these HP Elite 8100 Core i5s tonight for a customer down south. Installing 120GB Western Digital Green SSDs, 8GB of RAM and a fresh copy of Windows 7 Pro. Hopefully get these out to the client today sometime.

12.01.2022 Just finished up some last minute work for a customer in Adelaide, 3 of their cameras had all of a sudden stopped displaying, power supply was found to be faulty, quick trip to a supplier and back onsite, cameras fixed! Merry Christmas!

09.01.2022 Once again HP has turned what is normally a painful, time consuming and more expensive for the customer into a seamless experience. Upgrading a 3 year old server using HP Intelligent Provisioning - It happily checks and grabs all of the latest firmware for the hardware thats installed, applies it and prepares the server for an OS re-install.

09.01.2022 Just finished helping a customer in Merrylands, NSW who was having issues with his iMac, it wouldnt shut down , it wouldnt restart. Safari wouldnt open without an error. We verified the disk permissions and discovered some werent right. We repaired them and the computer is working perfectly fine again! One very happy customer.

08.01.2022 We havent posted for a while and Facebook keeps telling us to so....... We took delivery of a nice little HP Microserver G10 being installed for a customer in Seaford next week, very excited to open the box and see the differences between the G8 & G10! Weve done a few of these little ones in the past and they work so well as a file server/NAS (Network Attached Storage), theyre not very expensive and easily expandable with 4 drive bays, USB 3 ports, 2 Gigabit NICs, up to a QUAD core CPU, 32GB of ram and 2 PCIE slots. Not bad at all!

07.01.2022 This is yet another reason why we choose HP as our preferred hardware for any customers. Its not because we dont like building custom built machines, its not that we get a "kick-back" from the brand we purchase. Its because in a situation like today we have a HP ProBook whos hard drive died. No recovery media because its all on a partition. All we have to do is enter the serial number of the machine into our HP Software and it pulls down the Operating system & drivers then places them onto a bootable USB drive for us. It saves so much time which in turn saves customers money. Theres never an issue with licensing because it comes straight from the manufacturer as if it was new!

04.01.2022 Just finished off a job for a client in Mittagong, NSW. After upgrading to Windows 10 he could still print but not scan. We found a patch released by the printer manufacturer and applied that and hes back up and running scanning and printing!
