09.01.2022 Why settle for a slap together for your Commodore's ZF Aluminium differential? Diff Lab has reverse-engineered all of the assembly line production tools used by Holden/ZF and created all five press tools, stainless pinion shims, stainless side shims, and a rear cover with window for inspection of the meshing pattern and backlash. These can be set up with new aftermatket gears, and a perfect competition meshing pattern, because we have the tools, the shims, the fine measuring equipment, and the patience to set it up right. Could this be the only complete assembly-line blueprinting tool set in the world for these outside of the original manufacturer? Just maybe.. Now who wants one of these with an OS Giken Superlock? We will have Superlocks for the ZF Alu diff made in Japan if there is demand for them.

08.01.2022 Mitchs car has just had a big power upgrade thanks to its new Link ECU and Cat Cams from Diff Lab. The diff has been upgraded to 4-clutch also. This round is going to see him moving up the field and battling it out with the V8s. The ECU is the M50 plug and play. The camshafts are the vanos 275/275 set. The diff is a 4-clutch 2-way 45/45 unit.

There will be no stock shipping, no stock checks and no production during this time. OS Giken head office, Japan, thanks you for your support and your patience during this time. Diff Lab can still take orders, but customers should be aware of delays in sourcing certain OS Giken products. Any products which had target production dates are now pushed back by ten days.

07.01.2022 A new S54 assembled at Diff Lab with Cat Cams, CP Pistons, Supertech Rods, Supertech Valves, Vanos, High-Lift Springs, Engine Girdle and lots of other goodies. This new engine started and ran beautifully with the first turn of the key, and sounds fantastic. It has a very deep note, loud rasp, and is very responsive. The idle is appropriate for the size of the camshafts, and sounds angry enough to scare off any would-be predators. 06.01.2022 WHAT A WEEKEND! Congratulations to Papa, who sealed his B Series Championship up this weekend in the Improved Production over 5000cc Class! He also came 2nd ...in Class for the weekend and smashed his PB too! I also had such a good weekend at the QLD Production Cars event at QLD Raceway, competing in Sprint Races, a Night Enduro and another Enduro today! I ended finishing 2nd in Class for both Enduros and 11th & 12th outright respectively! We were on track for a better result outright today but had a slight issue today in our pit stop that set us back but hey, were new to enduros and we are constantly learning! Still happy with the results anyway and CANNOT WAIT for two weeks time when I get to do more enduro racing! A HUGE THANK YOU has to go to Lance Jurgeleit for helping me this weekend!
