Failover automatically and transparently redirects requests from the failed or down system to the backup system that mimics the operations of the primary system.... Digifort offers one of the most reliable and rapid redundancy feature, Failover and Failback. Our mechanism is very flexible and can be fine-tuned to meet the highest standard when it comes to speed, performance and reliability. Apart from camera streams, Digifort also failover: -VCA -LPR -I/O devices -Synoptic Maps Flexible: -Pick & choose the cameras to failover based on its importance. This will help to minimize the cost of server and storage of the standby server. -Have the option to choose a different (lower) resolution and frame rate further reducing the cost of the standby server. It's done in a blink of an eye, on average 5-15seconds!

21.01.2022 Turn Your video archives Into A Story Book! -Sequence Export- Available on Professional, Enterprise editions. The object links provide an excellent tool for navigation between cameras, however, to complete the cycle, we have developed a complementary feature called Sequence Export, which can also be understood as "Suspect... Tracking". During video playback, it is possible to switch cameras with links, for example, to follow a suspect between cameras. The sequence export allows the export of video together with the actions of switching cameras, that is, it is possible to create an export where the exported video player will automatically change the cameras, following the actions created by the operator during the export. With this, it is possible to create a story, where the Media Player will automatically switch between cameras, following the exact moment when the operator switched between cameras during the export session. When opening the Media Player exported from a Sequence Export, the user will have the option to "Start Sequence", which will display the video in the way it was configured to be viewed, changing between cameras automatically, or it can also start "Normal" where all the cameras that were part of the export will be displayed, all at the same time.

This integration gives users of ProtegeGX a seamless experience through the combination of access control, intrusion, video and so many other integrations available through Digifort. We want to thank all the wonderful staff at ICT for providing us with the actual samples, onsite & online technical support as well as issuing us with all the licences required. We work with the "spirit"... of true open platform path, paving the way for genuine freedom of choice for the end-users. Overview. Note: We will be posting more exciting information about the features of this high-level integration. For now, here is a quick overview. Digifort and Protege GX integration is bi-directional, i.e., each system can access the functionality of the other. There are many different events and actions that Digifort and the ProtegeGX system can produce and execute. Below are just some examples of what can be achieved. ProtegeGX door opens and a camera will pop up on Digifort’s surveillance client with direct access to playback if required. ProtegeGX area is armed and if triggered, it will automatically activate a camera to start recording (and create a bookmark, and protect the recording from deletion if required on Digifort). Access card is badged on ProtegGX and trigger the PTZ to pan and tilt and zoom on to a person’s face. A clickable icon on a camera view of Digifort to unlock a door on ProtegeGX. OnProtegeGX’s event records, click on the camera to access playback from Digifort. Inside ProtegeGX, supports three functions: 1. Display Digifort video in the Protege GX GUI 2. Allow video playback in the Protégé GX GUI 3. Notify Protege GX events to Digifort Each of these functions can be enabled or disabled through the user interface. 11.01.2022 Wiegand Integration. As an open platform, we strive to act in the best interest of our customers, that means to offer a choice, not force down a choice on to them. Even if this means extra work and cost to us. The integration has been done for a device transforming a licence plate capture from Digifort in Weigand code. The device gets an IP port and a Weigand connection to be connected directly to the access control even if such access control is not integrated with Digifort.... When this device is connected and configured, all the configuration is done inside Digifort. So when a VIP vehicle plate is recognised we can create an event in access control platform and trigger the gate to open, as well as create a bookmark in Digfort. Huanchaco is a popular vacation beach town in the city of Trujillo, Peru. Digifort is now installed in the modern Huanchaco Citizen Security Observatory. Surveillance video surveillance cameras located in Huanchaco spa and the five populated centres will be monitored.... This is a major work that will allow us to further reduce the criminal acts that occur in the district. The images captured by the video surveillance cameras will be of great help to prevent and even avoid possible robberies and assaults, said the district mayor of Huanchaco, José Ruiz Vega. Without a doubt, citizen security will be strengthened with the inauguration of the Observatory. Huanchaco will be one of the safest resorts in the country. This will attract the visit of more foreign tourists , he pointed out. There is also a drone, base radios that will be installed in the Citizen Security mobile units. The municipal authority said that in a second stage the municipality of Huanchaco will install another 150 video surveillance cameras to further reinforce public safety in the district. Originally developed for military use during the Korean War, thermal imaging cameras have migrated into other fields and have found many uses. Firefighters use them to see through smoke, find people and localize hotspots of fires. Law enforcement uses the technology to manage surveillance activities, locate and apprehend suspects, investiga...te crime scenes and conduct search and rescue operations. Digifort's IPXAnalytics can apply its powerful capabilities using thermal images further making its applications even more diverse. Digifort's IPXAnalytics can help the public by alerting the authorities if they are not worn properly, so they can kindly remind them to cover the nose for their own safety.

Carmen from ARH, Neurallab and OpenALPR are in fact embedded into our platform providing an unprecedented level of integration. You can choose the right solution based on the budget, environment, region and the level of traffic-related features. We offer both Server-based as well as edge-based solution. The basic rule of the thumb when selecting a camera for ANPR is that if a license plate is recognizable ...to a human eye, an ANPR solution will recognize it too. Having said that, since cameras on highways often have to deal with rugged conditions, there are several instances where they failed to give continuous clear visuals. Camera image quality is essential during all weather and lighting conditions. A dedicated ANPR camera system will always outperform another type of camera, with its optimized special opticals plus automatically adjusting shutter speed. Camera placement is also essential to capture license plates. Too far or too near would result in images that are not useful. Similarly, installing cameras too high or too low would also be problematic. Finally, when the visuals are blurred because of rain, fog, dust, or other such elements, the ANPR solution would have difficulty recognizing the plates. It should be noted that these kinds of problems pose a challenge to any ANPR solution regardless of whether they are located on the server or the edge.
