Its true for discounted spray tans and fake crystals - and its true for cheap design and marketing work. We understand that all our services may not suit every budget and thats why weve mindfully priced and divided our services into three categories - to provide accessible design and branding solutions to all... brands in all stages of growth. But if you do choose to go with a cheaper quote, we advise you to do some research and ask questions first. Be aware of what professional graphic design and branding involve. Check that your custom design has not been taken or borrowed from a generic clipart site. (Yes, this happens way too often, in fact.) 05.01.2022 Do you feel as though your branding isnt really consistent in all that you do for your biz? Does it have multiple fonts and different colours? Then you absolutely need a style guide. A style guide should include all the must-know guidelines for your brands identity. What goes in it might you ask? Were so glad you did ... Kick things off with your brands mission, values and story.Defining the things your brand values most, supports creative decisions more than you may realise! If the content isnt aligned with your brands story, then brand message and consistency can get lost. Your logos and all the variations that are permitted. For example, you may have a logo for print and signage but a more refined version for social media profile pictures and watermarks. Be sure to include all variations and where they belong. Colours baby! Their colours allow them to be recognised from a mile away (anyone else thinking of spotting a big M on a family road trip right now?). Beyond your logo, if there are signature colours that breathe life into your brand, theyre a must feature in your style guide. Dont forget the exact colour codes for your designer pals! Include imagery that inspires your brand, supports your story and ignites your voice. If you stick to strictly in-house photography, incorporate stock imagery or even experiment with textures, these are images to include in your style guide.
