03.01.2022 (Dysphagia is the medical term for the symptom of difficulty in swallowing) My passion as a chef is to create meals for people with dysphagia that looks the same as everybody else is eating - imagine your mum and dad sitting at the same table as their family and enjoying a delicious great looking meal. This is dignity in dining. The dessert on the left is for a person who has dysphagia and the one on the right is for a person who doesn’t.
