03.01.2022 (Dysphagia is the medical term for the symptom of difficulty in swallowing) My passion as a chef is to create meals for people with dysphagia that looks the same as everybody else is eating - imagine your mum and dad sitting at the same table as their family and enjoying a delicious great looking meal.
