And yet the impacts of total knock-down-rebuild-style developments on the environment and the community are huge. Demolishing and rebuilding a new building no matter how sustainable that building is intended to be upon completion typically creates far more carbon emissions than upcycling an existing property. 18.01.2022 The Entrepreneur Full Documentary - With Dimitri Livas A couple of years ago I added a new chapter in my business career, and that was a journey into public speaking. As with all my goals, I like to have something to aim for to keep me motivated for the long haul, and so I aimed to use my business and my business experiences to develop my story and my skills as a speaker, along side my construction business which was launched in 2002 -- Savil Constructions. Just two years... now into this public speaking journey and I am enjoying the path, it’s not something that comes that comes naturally to me, but it is something that I deeply enjoy doing, sharing and evolving. During the first year I created a documentary to catalogue the start of this journey, a documentary about business, about the step into public speaking and about entrepreneurship, and what I consider one of the most stimulating, interesting and rewarding career pursuits, spanning almost 20 years now building and growing a small business.
