Roll the dough out flat into a large rectangle on, and after proving in your thermomat. Spread your pizza sauce and add toppings of your choice! We just do simple: bacon, cheese and olives. Roll up in your mat and cut with fishing line. (REMEMBER! Your thermomat has fiberglass inside- so DON’T use it as a cutting mat!
