07.01.2022 As a Personal Trainer, I always have the best interest of our clients at heart. It is in my nature to bring out the best in people no matter how challenging it can be. From tri athletes, to dancers, to fitness models and bodybuilders and people who simply just want to better their lifestyle, I put my all into each and every one of them. I have so much to learn still in this industry, with each client bringing different challenges, however I make sure I teach our clients so they take something away from me to use in the rest of their lives. 05.01.2022 And that’s a wrap for Team Dinahmite this season! Well done to all our competitors who gave it their absolute best on stage yesterday and today. It was a long weekend for all of us but it was definitely worth while. Huge congrats to our gold medalist @2netski77 for not only walking away with 1st place in the Men’s Physique category but also earning us another Coach Award wohooo! @silver_backpt
