06.01.2022 Getting so excited for spring I’ve brought out the shorts I go months without seeing my legs in a mirror and then love the sudden oh I have leg muscles feeling when I see myself in my gym mirror wearing shorts It just shows you can’t notice things until they’re gone for a while. Then in comparison you start to see again the changes. ... Always take progression pics of yourself to really see change. The scale DOES lie. Muscle gain (which is a good thing) can add kgs on the scale, but shrink your waistline. Photos to compare transformations show exactly what’s changed and how your shape is evolving.
