24.01.2022 Dindi Bees and #EOIAlexandra are excited to finally bee able to hold this event - a get-together to formulate a plan for a bee club or group here in Alexandra. Due to social distancing requirements we need to limit the event to 20 people so please RSVP if you are keen to be involved in the orgnasing side of things or have some ideas on what/how to do it :D Bee happy! Liz
20.01.2022 Here is a link to my bee videos that play on the tv in the shop - since not everyone can come in for a visit yet. Thought you might enjoy watching 17 minutes of bees doing stuff.. ;) Keep an eye out for the out of control landing in one of the slo-mo videos https://youtu.be/MbDaaMJOACg Spring is definitely keeping us busy in the shop, as well as running out to pick up the odd swarm or two! Some of my suppliers are having trouble keeping up with stock due to COVID and the... dock strike in Sydney, so we may be running a little low on some items - but bear with us, we will be able to get things in for you pretty quickly. Bee happy! Liz See more

04.01.2022 We've often been asked for honey drizzle sticks and now we have them! Locally made from local responsibly sourced and untreated timber, each one is unique and only $12.50 Black walnut from the walnut farm at Thornton, London Plane tree from the Alex footy oval, Redgum from a fallen tree on a local farm, and Blackwood from down at DELWP on Grant St. Can't get more local than that! PS pretty impressed with the redgum ones - such a hard wood to work with and yet they turned out lovely (scuse the pun )
