19.01.2022 HAPPY GRAVY DAY....to the ones we miss and won't see home this Xmas. It’s 22 years since Paul Kelly first narrated the story of a prisoner named Joe and his longing to be with family at Christmas time in his hit song How To Make Gravy. In the song Joe writes a letter to his family penned on December 21 that includes a recipe for how to make gravy for Christmas dinner.... Fans of the tune have since coined December 21 as Gravy Day.

After just 6 weeks of drumming our very nervous participants were extremely courageous performing in front of such a crowd and did a grand job. Well done guys. We're really proud of you. See you next term.
