17.01.2022 ANOTHER KEY RE-SIGNING The Dingoes are thrilled to announce the re-signing of last years premiership player Calvin Barlow. A talented all-rounder, Calvin made 79 runs and took 2 wickets in the grand final and has taken at least 20 wickets in each of the past 2 seasons. We can't wait to see him in action again soon.

11.01.2022 We are excited to announce that our senior turf teams will be joining Cricket Southern Bayside for the upcoming season. Coming off our DDCA Turf 2 Premiership, we are looking forward to the challenge of striving for another a new competition. CSB will provide the club with a better aligned junior pathway; with our senior turf, synthetic and juniors now all playing in the same region. Our junior pathway is a vital factor in the long-term success of the club, and hence was a m...ajor factor in the decision to move. We would like to thank the DDCA for our 7 years in the association, it is an excellent competition and we played some great opponents. The DDCA provided a great platform for our club to grow, culminating in our two Turf 2 premierships.

11.01.2022 We are excited to announce Shane Campbell as part of the Dingley Cricket Club coaching panel for the 2020/2021 season. Shane has been at the club since he was a junior, has previously captained the 1st XI, played in the 2nd XI Premiership team last season and was selected in the Dingley Cricket Club Team of the Decade for our 6th Decade. We are excited to have Shane on board for what is looking to be a big season! Announcements of the other members of the coaching panel will be made in the coming days.

10.01.2022 Council elections are coming up in November and Scott Lowther is running as an independent for Caruana Ward. Scott is a Dingley local who as part of the Dingley Football Netball Club committee helped build the strong working relationship the footy and cricket club currently have. Scott was also instrumental in securing funding and working with council to deliver the much needed upgrades to Dingley's sporting facilities in recent years including the upgraded change rooms and lights at Souter, the redevelopment of Chadwick Reserve, the future redevelopment at Souter, and the bowling machine power supply at our nets. Scott recently joined DCC Secretary Andrew Craig for a chat.

There are still positions available, particularly Junior Co-ordinator. Junior co-ordinator is a very important position for the club, so if you or someone you know are keen please get in touch with a member of the executive committee. Cricket knowledge is not a prerequisite and we are more than happy for the role to be shared between more than one person. Josh and the rest of the committee will also be around to provide support and assist in the transition.
