18.01.2022 Dingo Creek Carcase Success! Dingo Creek recently achieved some excellent results with their crossbred Speckle steers at the Scone Beef Bonanza. Amongst a field of 340 steers and heifers entered in this prestigious 'Hoof and Hook' competition, there were 23 Speckles and Speckle crosses. Dingo creek genetics shone through, taking out the highest 2 Speckle carcase results.... Dingo Creek 'Hikkaman' x Angus was awarded 4th in the Middleweight lead event and 2nd in the carcase component with an impressive score of 88.48 points. This steer had the 4th biggest E.M.A in the class and a fantastic Eating Index score of 59.71 points. Interesting to note in the results was his excellent M.S.A. Marbling score of 430 points which is continual evidence of the excellent eating quality that Speckle Park carcases deliver. Dingo Creek 'Hikkaman' x Charolais/Angus was awarded 4th in the Heavyweight lead class and an impressive 4th in the carcase component with 86.11 points. He achieved maximum points for Saleable Meat Yield and another impressive Eating Quality Index of 59.41 points. Great results all around! Contact Carol Major for more information.

15.01.2022 Just wanted to let everyone know that we will be handing the reins of Dingo Creek Speckles back to the owner, Carol Major as of today. The last 7 years we've spent managing the stud have been very rewarding & we've kicked some goals with Dingo Creek speckles including supreme Speckle exhibit at Sydney Royal 2013 with Finesse, and her son, Knockout selling for $21K. We wish Carol continued success with the stud in the future! Cheers

We topped the Scone sale with Dingo Creek Knockout selling for $21,000..... Then Dingo Creek King Kong sold for $8500!! Congratulations to the purchasers, Black Diamond Speckles, I'm sure these Bulls will do a fabulous job for you!! Cheers
