The ingredients are rich in vitamins and nutrition. Slow cooking allows the nutrition in the beans to be released slowly. This soup is popular in Asia amongst females to maintain a healthy blood level in body, especially after every months menstruation or lost of blood. Ingredients: half a handful of red... beans, black beans, kidney beans, and red glutinous rice. Small pinch of goji berry, dried loganberry, 2-3 red dates, and 2-3 dried lotus seeds.
