Our summer menu features delightful new dishes like pickled mussels with mussel cream and lovage, a wonderfully cooling dish; spatchcock finished over coals in a Josper oven with a pumpkin salad, bright in colour and flavour; and our version of a refreshing fruit tart with the ripest, tastiest fruits in season.
