09.01.2022 This is my third job for these lovey people located in Rangewood Removed the outdated kitchen and removed the brick veneer skin and hardwood load bearing timber frame to rear of house I extended the house slab and reinforced trusses to engineered requirements Removed the entire kitchen ceiling to allow new electrical as parts of ceiling were missing due to relocation of walls Install a new load bearing frame with large LVL lintel... Trenched concrete for power to island bench New kitchen with stone bench tops and subway splash backs was installed and a large servery window. Relocated the entrance door to new location at rear of house Transformed the outdated kitchen to a very modern very large kitchen Before and after pics

03.01.2022 This is the first job for these lovely people people after completed by my I was asked to return to do the deck extension on the main house as per previously posted above I extended this Steel frame granny flat to add another bathroom Matching cladding was used to blend in this extension as per the day it was built Also extended the patio roofs to allow the owners to sit there with out the rain coming in as it was built with only a small 300 mm overhangs a shower toilet and linen cupboard were installed
