24.01.2022 Blue Datto foundation Hi guy got asked to do this drag car for Turner Adams Motorsport these guys were approached by the Blue Datto Foundation if they could use their drag car to raise awareness for their charity and after I found out about the charity and all the great work they do I had to get involved and Dip this car for them hope you like the photos there's a lot ;) Have to give a big thanks to Hood imagery for the great pics again

24.01.2022 This is Billy's car who is actually one of the guys that works for me. And in a part of his training is to learn how to dip but his car was very rough. there's an old saying you can't polish a turd and what we did to his car was polishing a turd Anybody can make a good car looks good or new car looks good but to make a car that is very rough and has a lot of surface problems in its original paint work and get it to look something really good at the end is quite hard. But at... dip your car we like to challenge ourselves with every job we do and push the envelope of what is possible with dipping. I'm still not good at doing videos but I think you can see what I'm trying to show you the difference between having something done in the back garden and having something done by professional. I have got over 2 1/2 years of experience with dipping, with a lot of trial,error and using all the different brands and all the different products. I finally found a way that can take things to the next level and give us the... durability that is close to normal car paint with the added paint protection factor that's why when you see my prices that are a little bit higher than other people are charging because we use the top of the range products for your car and not just go down to auto barn and buying a couple of cans and doing your wheels or your car. 12.01.2022 The reason for me masking up so thoroughly is because we use professional spray gun to dip now. And the side effect is the atomisation of the dip. The dip goes everywhere. So it is easier to masking up than clean up. And you guys may not be aware the solvent use in dipping when you use a airless gun is quite dangerous. Dipping has a very low flash over point when used in a airless gun. this means it may cause fire or explosion which I have found out the hard way. I am just glad I have all my fingers. Quite scary!

10.01.2022 Had to paint a car for an upcoming Big budget Australian movie in silver and the only silver that the art director was happy with was the Follatec Silver so we got some cans and we started paining got told the car is being used in a big action stunt seen i'll let everybody know when though tell me what movie is who's in it and when is it gonna be released

08.01.2022 We put the Dip on normal thickness 6coats .we start by spraying up the car with the chemical on the dip wait five minutes and then Wash off you will have to do the process twice if its normal thickness when the dip is fin the chemical works a lot more efficiently The chemical peel is Best used on fin dips or dip which is in hard to reach Areas The chemical we use for this job is an Australian product call De-solv-it it's a natural citrus base Chemical which is safe enough for your cars paintwork but strong enough to move the dip you can find the de-solv-it at Bunnings cheers Cy
