24.01.2022 In light of new restrictions in the North West due to Covid-19, we wish to advise the following: We are an essential business to many industries and we are stil...l servicing these, just doing things a little differently. You may not see your sales staff in person but they will maintain contact with you to ensure that we all continue with business as usual. We will still be delivering as per normal. One big difference for now is that our Burnie branch will still remain open for trade and service industry customers, however all non trade customers can still place orders and our staff will be here to answer your phone calls and assist in any way we can, to ensure that you can safely pick up your order or have it delivered to your door. 21.01.2022 Today Danny and Sharon were lucky to be the guests of Kobelco at their Ogaki factory in Japan which manufactures excavators up to 6 tonnes. Our host Kenta Kawamoto took us for a magnificent lunch of Omi beef before we caught the train to the factory and viewed a short presentation and saw the assembly plant where an excavator is completed every 17 mins! An amazing experience and we thank Kobelco General Manager Chihaya Higashiyama and his staff for the wonderful hospitality

21.01.2022 Today Danny and Sharon were lucky to be the guests of Haulotte in their LHorme factory (which produces telehandlers including our recent order). The factory runs to very high production standards and values the skill and input of the workforce and aims to produce Telehandlers to meet the individual requirements of the customers. We are were most impressed and are especially grateful to Eric Morand, Director de Plant Division Industrielle for his informative tour and hospitality!

18.01.2022 Another busy week at Direct Access and Equipment at either ends of the state. Firstly the Hobart branch received our new delivery truck and no one was more excited than Alex as you can see here taking possession of his new toy. Whilst at the other end of the state in Burnie, one of our boom lifts was being used (in between showers) to get some new signs up.
