12.01.2022 It's a great to see families staying healthy and supporting each other. We are taking our staff and clients whole health and well being very seriously at DIRK'S HEALTH. We are taking responsibility for ensuring all our equipment and both floors of the studio are sterilized after each session. DIRK'S HEALTH is committed to providing for those clients who would prefer to train alone in the gym. We are fortunate enough to be able to offer the private use of our facilities,with no one else training whilst you do. It was great to see Mum, Dad and Son training in isolation and taking care of each other at Dirks Health.

08.01.2022 Cardio Pilates. Over 400 calories burned and 35 minutes of pilates. Great way to start the day.
