At least a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Fast paced, adaptable and quick thinking - without sacrificing a high level of customer interaction and service. Keen eye for detail, organised and consistent. Preferably high volume, high quality beverage experience Creativity and the ability to replicate cocktails off a unique menu and a super star on the classics Able to work under pressure and still smile Unique bartenders with their own style, personality and ability to banter is a must!
