Legs, Back, Shoulder’s, chest, posterior chain core and stability if you don’t have a barbell you can use a ball or hand hand weights. 17.01.2022 Hello everyone, hope you are all keeping well. IM EXCITED We are back on for outside training I have attached the timetable below.... The Victorian government rules and regulations are, two people with a personal trainer are allowed to train outdoors for up to 2 hours at a time. The Two hour limit on exercise remains in place a 5K radius of your workplace and within a 5K of your home. You must adhere to these regulations all so bring your own mat, water bottle hand sanitiser, you must wear a mask if not physically working hard otherwise you must have it on your person at all times.
