21.01.2022 Woolworths, Kingaroy QLD 3.10pm I got back to my car and on the way past had passed and noticed the one next to me with no permit at all. I sat in my car to ...take some meds the car owner came back with his woman and two kids. Came to my door smirked at me and proudly said he did not have a permit. He said what was the problem cause there was still one vacant park. I got out to take photos I was annoyed so he smirked again and said to send them to the right place because 'whaddaya gonna do are they gonna come knock on my door?' Then said that he would 'never need a disability permit as he would not put himself in the position to need one'. A right royal arrogant and selfish piece of work (being polite here) I was tired and originally was not going to bother. Sounds like he is a serial offender as he said he did not care. Reported by BK

18.01.2022 Friday 25 October 2019 at Q Super Centre, Gold Coast, QLD. Politely pointed out that they needed a permit to park there. Ia sked if being overweight was my disa...bility. Then the wife (driver) started limping while I got more abusive remarks. Being ignorant, selfish, lazy and an r-sole are NOT disabilities. They're just useless character flaws. Just pathetic. My mother (currently on crutches and with a valid permit) had to drive around the car park till a nearby park became available. As "Smugman" preceded to drive off, he verbally abused me because I busted the A-hole. He was soooooo bloody tuff that he rode off to the exit onto the main road (about 50m away) and stopped so that he could flick me the bird and gesture a punch up!!! #TotalFlog!

I stopped at Crestwood Plaza right near Griffith University, only to be 'parked in' by a motor bike and a 4wd. The bike is parked beside me (the rider tried to cover his rego plate with his hand, however was too slow) and you can see the 4wd in my side rear view mirror. After politely speaking to the rider of the bike and the passengers in the 4wd, I copped nothing but profanities and threats of violence. I do not 'look' like I am disabled, but please, never ever judge a person by the way they look. Unfortunately it was hard for me to get a pic to show that I am actually in a disability parking spot, as I was scared and did not want to get back out of my car.

05.01.2022 What is it about Queensland woman? This sociopath threatened to run over a disabled lady who informed her that she was not only illegally abusing TWO Disability Parking Bays, but was rendering at least another one unusable. The only way to treat this kind of behaviour is to report it to police and lodge a formal complaint. Get these sociopaths of our roads!

Reason: Parking in an Accessible Parking Bay without a permit. Notes: Just at the school and this woman decided it was okay to park without a permit in a disabled space when a regular one was available behind her. Then got abusive at being called out. Stated that her child was sick and that was why she parked there. Still not good enough when there are other parks available. Took photos which I am posting. Got home and she has decided to follow me and make threats. Well, tomorrow morning I will be going to the police to press charges, because the kids are too tired and sore now. These people are the reason the school is installing automatic gates at a huge cost. Tue 2 Feb 2016 - 10:40am Been to see Coomera police and showed them the video, etc. The minimum will be the fine for parking in a DPB without a permit. There may be other charges as well after they speak to witnesses and driver. I am happy with just the fine because it shows her that I will not be intimidated.
