22.01.2022 Salad Update Reposted from @juicyfruitskensington The first lot were a hit, now we’re changing it up to make sure that you get to choose what we bring back from a large selection. See below for Salads in the fridge on Wednesday 4/11 ... Leafy Caprese Pasta: pearl bocconcini, sweet cherry tomatoes, red onion and fresh baby leaves. Greek Salad: Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, olive oil vinaigrette and feta. Beetroot, Carrot & Kale Slaw: Red & black quinoa, cranberries and coriander dressing in a spiced orange vinaigrette. Turmeric Couscous: Freekeh, cauliflower, sweet potato, pepitas and cranberries in a lemon, honey and turmeric dressing. Basil Chicken Pasta: Creamy basil pesto pasta salad, with free range chicken and shaved Parmesan. Ranch Slaw: Broccoli, kale, free range eggs & bacon in a whole egg mayo dressing with croutons.
