25.01.2022 The struggle is real after a long #weekend (extra-long for us) but it was nice to come back to something exciting This week Visit Campbelltown started #filming the #WeAreCampbelltown video series with Brick Studios We were lucky enough to be onset at Grosik Polish Deli where we met the lovely Bozena (and got to sample some delicious polish small goods) The deli was very busy so it looks like this hidden gem is already well known to many in #Campbelltown... and it’s not a surprise. Yup its a real thing.. we have it... but today we found a local hidden gem that definitely helped at #macarthursquare The Thai Village Massage & Spa Macarthur transported us to South East Asia for 2 hours...and it was heaven! No its not a tourist attraction, but highly recommended to check out to look after yourself and #supportlocal. ... They used great products (Clarins, Lancme, etc) and was great value @ $155 for 2 hours. Thanks to Cindy and Star for the fantastic treatments and service

22.01.2022 = win win win for #Campbelltown and Wests League Club and Wests Tigers Supporters in the #Macarthur area NRLs ultimatum: Four new suburban stadiums or grand final will go. By Michael Chammas May 31, 2020, SMH... The NRL will meet the NSW government this week armed with the threat of moving the grand final away from Sydney if the state doesnt deliver up to four boutique suburban stadiums over the next decade. With the state government on Saturday dumping plans for the $800 million redevelopment of ANZ Stadium as it deals with the financial fallout of the COVID-19 crisis, NRL powerbrokers are set to demand funds be redirected towards suburban venues as part of a push to regenerate tribalism in rugby league. The NRL will now lobby for up to four 15,000-20,000 seat stadiums worth around $150m-$200m each. Manly, Campbelltown, Penrith and Kogarah have been earmarked as primary targets, with all nine Sydney clubs to be supported as part of the NRLs grand plan. The Wests Tigers would play the majority of their games out of a new Campbelltown Stadium, which will also host new A-League Macarthur FC. The governing body would much prefer fans being locked out of games than empty grandstands, hence the desire for boutique grounds to cater for crowds of around 15,000. #getexcited #lovelocalmacarthur
