25.01.2022 Covid-19 has forced modern medicine to broaden its outlook and look for new solutions, even in the wisdom of the past. Fortunately, a remedy for many of our chronic health problems is right under our noses. It requires no batteries, Wi-Fi, headgear or smartphones. It costs nothing and takes little time and effort. It’s a therapy our ancestors self-administered for thousands of years with only their lips, noses and lungs. Let’s hope that this time around we don’t forget it. https://www.wsj.com//the-healing-power-of-proper-breathing

21.01.2022 AM Aligner is a morning repositioner, that will bring the affected bite back to it's natural position. After the night time use of mandibular advancement splint (MAS), for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, one will notice that the teeth don't quite bite as they used to. This is a very common temporary side effect of MAS. However, if left unattended it can lead to TMJ issues and bite changes. AM Aligner helps to prevent this from happening in the future, simply by gu...ided chewing exercise. For more info DM us

10.01.2022 Most people are familiar with the obvious consequences of sleep deprivation the heavy eyelids, short attention spans and excessive yawning after a poor night's sleep. But there are more consequences of meager sleep than people realize. Research shows skimping on sleep is linked to numerous health problems, including stroke, obesity and Alzheimer's disease. "It's like with diet, every cell in the body benefits from food in some way," said Michael Grandner, director of the Sleep and Health Research Program at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson. "Sleep is similar in that way. The whole body (benefits)." https://www.heart.org//05/the-dangers-of-sleep-deprivation
