Weve always been super proud supporters of our local police force but for them to have solved this whole situation in less than 12 hours is amazing! 02.01.2022 Lake Morris Road closed until December 2019 for major road stabilisation and drainage pipe replacements works. Recreational cycling and training will generally ...be permitted on the road outside working hours (prior to 6.30am and after 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays, prior to 6.30am and after 1.00pm Saturdays and all day on Sundays). However, there will be times when this will be impossible due to open excavations. Please check and follow information signage as displayed on site. Please note that arrangements are in place for Copperlode Fish and Kayak to continue business operations. There are also a few other Council-authorised motor vehicles who are permitted to use the road during the closure. Hence, cyclists are required to keep left at all times when using the road.
