With Lake Eyre filling up and the weather perfect, now is the time to take a break and head outback SA. My lovely underground accommodation is the perfect place to stay.The dugouts are located in the historic town of Coober Pedy which is known as the opal capital of the world. Coober Pedy is also halfway to Uluru (Ayers Rock), halfway to Alice Springs, and only a flight away to Lake Eyre, which makes the trip very worthwhile. Follow the link below to check out the photos.
