21.01.2022 Attention Mac users, if you are using Microsoft Outlook, please do not switch to the "new look" as the new version does not support IMAP & POP accounts which will not allow you to see your mailbox/emails. This update only works if you have an Office 365, Outlook/Hotmail, and Gmail accounts. If you have, don't worry you can revert back and all existing emails will be there. We will keep an eye on this release and provide further updates as it comes available.

16.01.2022 If this (read the article) isn’t a good enough reason how about; well it’s a new year and a good time to update/change your passwords. Not just your email passwords but any you use like your banking and other important/sensitive information you login to. If you have too many passwords to remember try using a password management program like Dashlane or similar. Be careful guys. Change your passwords!!

Title: Can't access Microsoft 365 services User impact: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services. More info: Users would be unable to access Outlook.com, Microsoft Teams including Teams Live Events, and Office.com. Existing customer sessions are not impacted and any user who is logged in to an existing session would be able to continue their sessions. Additionally, Power Platform and PowerApps properties are affected by this incident. Current status: We've completed reverting the change which was likely causing impact and are monitoring the environment to ensure that services are recovering. Scope of impact: Any user may experience access problems for Microsoft 365 services. View your Microsoft 365 Service health.
