23.01.2022 We had a day of filming today. It was special to watch some of our young people tell their stories of growth and development during their time with us. 23.01.2022 They made it!! Our Overland adventurers have arrived safe and sound at their final destination, after 6 nights and 65kms along Tasmania's challenging and spectacular #OverlandTrack ! An amazing achievement and an experience they'll never forget!! Thanks to the generosity of The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - Australia, we're sending 4 lucky Dismantlers to Tasmania with On Track Expeditions to hike the 65km Overland Track!! Paddy Pallin were kind enough to provide our trekkers with the right shoes - no doubt they're in for a serious work out next month! Stay tuned for more updates from Tasmania. The guys are so excited to take part in this amazing experience!

20.01.2022 Check it out!! A few months ago we were lucky enough to send some Dismantler's to conquer Tasmania's 6 day hike on the Overland Track. The experience was as spectacular as the scenery and our young adventurers didn't miss a beat! A huge thanks to the people who made this possible including the incredible team at The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - Australia , Awards WA, On Track Expeditions and Paddy Pallin for kitting the crew out with hiking boots and equipment!

19.01.2022 Today we had some very special visitors at the workshop. Australian Red Cross - WA dropped by with 2 families of newly settled refugees to collect their fresh wheels so they can enjoy cruising around their new home in perth... and the pleasure was all ours. All of the bikes donated were worked on by at-risk young people through our BikeRescue program. #BikeLove

19.01.2022 There is a huge range of paths that can lead our participants to the BikeRescue program. Through our mentoring, we help them to identify their barriers, figure out how to tackle their challenges and provide support so they can reach their potential.

That’s because we’re gearing up for our annual Christmas Bike Drive event where we give away the bikes that can’t be used on program to vulnerable members of the community who definitely can use a bit of Christmas cheer. 01.01.2022 Huge thanks to @rotaryeq for organising a raffle the last month to raise funds for our Xmas Bike Drive where we donated more than 80 bikes to people in need around Perth. The lucky winners Lucy and Christie came by this arvo to collect their prize and get some snaps. Lucky Dr Watson was here to supervise the photoshoot.... 1st prize was a smooth @somafab donated by our pals at @bikedr. 2nd prize was a classic 3speed vintage lovingly restored by our volunteers.
