24.01.2022 Spring has sprung! Last weekend we were in Terrigal at a new land release with clients, builders and architects. One question we kept receiving was around "are the banks still lending?" A softening market affecting property valuations coupled with out of cycle rate rises and tightening credit regulations; this spring is shaping up to be somewhat tricky.... Our answer subsequently, is in our slogan. Focus on liftetime relationships and simplifying the complicated. 19.01.2022 Day 7 - Yamba to Brunswick Heads 160kms albeit cut slightly shorter due to Ballina road works which was just unsafe to ride on with no shoulder. Fantastic scenery around the Byron Hinterland and we were fortunate enough to have the Byron Bay Coffee Company host us for lunch before we made our way to Brunswick Heads via Byron....
