09.01.2022 The girls celebrated a birthday today in the Farm Shed. They used paint, stencils and transfers to transform terracotta pots and pine boxes. Thanks Candice for organising this workshop and happy birthday.

08.01.2022 Something different in the farm shed this week, concrete pots, very rustic, very imperfect but that is what ‘distress in the shed’ is all about.

03.01.2022 A large bay tree and rosemary growing wild amongst the rocks in the garden, has encouraged me to dry these herbs and add cloves, black peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon and essential oils known to deter pests from the kitchen pantry. This combination of scented herbs in a pretty sachet is for sale on my Made It page. Absolutely no fillers, just pure herbs and essential oils. Just crunch the sachet to release more scent of the dried herbs and aromatics. https://madeit.com.au/Main/Store?userid=136231

02.01.2022 Clay Soaps with essential oils. These bars are larger then normal (130g to 140g) so slightly dearer then my usual price. Pack of 2 for $10, includes Pink Clay & Rose Geranium and Lavender essential oils Yellow Clay and May Chang (lemon type of essential oil)... Follow link below to purchase if interested. https://madeit.com.au/Main/Store?userid=136231

02.01.2022 Those who have come to a soaping class in our shed, know I like to use natural botanicals and clays to colour the soaps. The soap on the left has been coloured with yellow clay and safflowers. The soap on the right has been coloured with brazil wood in the bottom layer to achieve that nice muted pink, and red sandal on the top layer.
