10.01.2022 Looking for some Tradies ( Young or old) who would like an adventure of a lifetime assisting a project in the Highlands of PNG for 10 days. Leaving Sydney 21/3/...18 and returning 1/4/18. You will be treated like a rock-star and get to see how they live in PNG. Airfares are about $1200 and food and accommodation about $300 for the 10 days. Guaranteed an experience you will enjoy. You will be working with a team of Volunteers to install the internals of a new Dental Clinic that will service 40,000 children who as of now don't have access to basic dental services. 05.01.2022 Congratulations Annette Trotter on achieving a Pink Umbrella Grant at Rotary Australia World Community Service Eastern Region in Canberra.

04.01.2022 A big night at the RAWCS Eastern Region Conference for D9670. A $1000 Pink Umbrella Grant went to the Rotary Club of Toronto Sunrise Bravehearts Project in Cambodia, while Rotarian Bruce Foley was a very excited and grateful recipient of his $1000 Pink Umbrella grant for the Rotary Club if Newcastle Ladybikes Project in Kenya. Unfortunatley, these may be the last of the Pink Umbrella Grants - but the generosity of the grants with $6000 each quarter for some 8 years is truly appreciated.
