23.01.2022 It was great to see our local COVID Environmental Health Officer at the rink today - they checked our COVID safe plan and helped us update it to the new form (make sure you update as of Aug 1st there is a new form). They informed us that our online booking system is very up to date and that our limit on numbers of patrons is helping to keep people safe. "If we ever had a case, they were happy the system would help contact all those that may be effected" (or words to that eff...ect) They ran through all of our cleaning processes, booking system, coaches courses, record, cleaning products and agreed that our staff are doing a great job. Wooow! As always - keep safe, keep your distances and be sure to make sure your loved ones are safe. Mike and the crew thank you!

22.01.2022 Unfortunately the weather Gods have done it again... the water is coming inside AGAIN and we are now forced to CANCEL the entire weekends sessions, we want to ensure everyone is safe. Were so sorry we know how much everyone loves roller skating but when the rain gets inside there is nothing we can do, its just not safe to skate. Obviously we will be refunding everyones tickets, but its takes us time as we have to do them individually. Please bear with us.

19.01.2022 Sorry, but we need to vent!!!! I experienced the WORST customer service today at a local store. I don't want to mention the name of the store because I'm not sure how I'm going to proceed. Yesterday I bought something from this store. I paid cash for it. I took it home and found out it didn't work. So today, less than 24 hours later I took it back to the store and asked if I could get a refund. The girl working at the store told me NO even though I still had the receipt. I ...asked if I could get a replacement instead then. Again this person told me "NO." I asked to talk to a manager now as I'm really not happy and I explained that I had just bought the item, had got it home and it didn't work. The manager just smiled and told me to my face that I was "OUT OF LUCK." No refund. No FREE replacement . . . I'll tell you what...I am NEVER buying another Lottery Ticket from there again. 12.01.2022 We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and say a huge thank you for all of your lovely support through the year. This year as been a wild ride and we would never had made it without you, your family or your friends. So today, we say THANK YOU! We hope 2021 will be a smoother ride, but please stay safe on holidays (we are away for a bit, but we'll be back soon) Also - We just want to let everyone know - we are now following the 4sqm rule (and probably will be when w...e re open) - we had a 'week' of grace with the 2sqm rule however we have now been pushed back. In saying this, we are now closed for 3 weeks and we will re-open on the 11th of January 2021 so maybe we won't be too effected. You can book next years sessions through our website just remember, when we open for the holidays we'll be open morning and night (no afternoon sessions). Merry Christmas from Mike and the Team

10.01.2022 Join our virtual 865km skate How does it work? All of Vic is on lock-down and they cant visit their favorite roller skating rink Rollerway Skate Centre... However, everyone can still exercise and lots of people are still roller skating. So lets have some fun! Its simple - Grab your favorite skate tracking app, your skates and go roller skating. Everyday, log your kms through this link - LOG MY KMs and well put all the KMs together and show how far we have gone together. The team at Rollerway are skating North and we are skating south. There are no rules other than - keep safe! And obviously we cant take any responsibility for your actions while you are skating - so please, make sure you are doing the right thing and obey all the rules (they are there to keep us safe). Remember, its a virtual skate and every KM counts - even if you skate in the rink - each lap is about 85 meters, so you can do the math easy.
