Reggie started with DIT back in 2019 and has been instrumental in the success of DIT to date. Everyone at DIT is very excited that Reggie has been nominated by Business & Skilled Migration Queensland for an Australian Skilled Nominated Visa which will lead to his permanent Australian residency. 04.01.2022 DIT AgTech is looking for a supplement production foreperson to join our team. You will be responsible for mixing animal feed supplements in our Townsville warehouse. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role requires repetitive manual handling of the feed. The raw ingredients will need to be weighed, measured and mixed meaning this job can be physically strenuous from time to time. You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull from 1020 kilo’s and occasion...ally more. The successful candidate must have the ability to work quickly and accurately in order to meet deadlines while following OH&S procedures at all times. The production foreperson must be personally accountable, highly organised, proactive and decisive. The successful applicant must take pride and responsibility in their workplace. It will be viewed favourably if the applicant has previous warehouse experience or has worked in an agricultural related capacity. It is essential to have a valid driver’s licence and highly desirable if the applicant has a forklift licence.
