23.01.2022 Hi everyone! I’ve received some questions lately about why it’s important to let me know if your furry friend has knotting/matting. Badly knotted and matted coats need some special attention which equates to longer grooming appointments. ... If I believe it’s possible to brush the knots out painlessly I’m more than happy to try. Unfortunately this isn’t always the case and the safest and kindest option is to shave the coat short. This will always be discussed with you beforehand. My job is to ensure your pup is safe, comfortable and content during their groom. The best way to help me do this is to let me know about knots/fleas & ticks/medical conditions when booking so I can make sure I allow extra time for your appointment Thank you for understanding and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to send a message

22.01.2022 Sammy’s first ever big boy groom and he was such a good boy! Had a snooze in the bath and decided the dryer is a great massage (video in comments). Today we did a bath, blow dry and deshed to remove his winter coat.

20.01.2022 Hi everyone! I’m back!!! At this stage I’m looking at doing 4 days a fortnight, mon/tues and thurs/fri the week after. Unfortunately I do have to limit bookings to these days to accomodate the kids school changes etc but I am very much looking forward to seeing all of your fluffy friends again. ... 17.01.2022 Most of you have met one or both of these two over the last couple of months. Kaylea and Emily have been helping me out every school holidays since I started this adventure. I’ve asked them to go through the photos you all sent in at Christmas of your furry babies and their fancy bows/ties/bandannas and pick their favourite.. ... Whoever they choose is going to receive a free mini groom (bath/blow dry/face,feet,hygiene)!! Stay tuned later today to find out who the girls choose!!

12.01.2022 One of the terrible two this girl and her crazy sister are lucky to have a mum and dad who drive over 4 hrs to bring these girls for a bath and deshed every month. They both have attitude galore and come with bucket loads of sass and hair! But they’re beautiful and i wouldn’t have it any other way Ps Hazel knows when she’s finished and won’t stand still for pics so after her bath (before drying and brushing) it has to be.

05.01.2022 IMPORTANT PLEASE READ In light of the current directives and guidelines being provided to us, it is with a great deal of sadness that I must make the decision to temporarily suspend all grooming effective immediately. Unfortunately this is beyond my control at this point in time and I must do what is best for my clients, my family’s and my own wellbeing. ... For anyone who needs their pup done before I return, the lovely ladies at Pawkids are still open and have kindly agreed to help out where they can. 03.01.2022 The rain and storms around at the moment are absolutely beautiful!! They unfortunately do bring with them one necessary evil.. rescheduling appointments. Thunder and lightning make the puppies nervous and jumpy, this in turn makes grooming more difficult. The rain makes it unsafe to run power leads etc. ... I am very sorry for the inconvenience it causes but the safety of your dogs must come first.
