19.01.2022 After capping off 2 solar panels during the winter months that had burst internally we received the call from a happy homeowner and returning customer to finally get up there and replace them so they could start taking advantage of that bright summer sun again. Off to Lara to do our thing, and a couple of hours later we had 2 brand new panels installed and soaking up the sun's energy. 18.01.2022 Back in Truganina we had a sewer blockage to wrangle with. It only takes a small little opening for rogue roots to make their way into a pipe and once they're in, the root snake is born. It starts as a single root but soon enough that single root will have transformed into a large tangle of roots, snaking their way down pipes in search of more water, blocking them as they grow. On this site the root snake had made itself at home in a 150mm pipe forming part of the sewer syste...m that was serving a kitchen and sanitary facilities within a factory. The snake must have been there for a while because it managed to block up over 65 meters of a busy sewer pipe. We removed the blockage for an immediate fix and advised that a dig up and repair operation would be required to fix the pipe and prevent the same problem from reoccurring in the future.
