23.01.2022 Diversicare are excited to announce the launch of Diversicare's Multicultural Advisory Service mobile app. The app aims to make training requests and access to our resources more accessible for you and your staff. It provides you with a deeper understanding of CALD consumers and the wider community. Additionally, after such a wide recognition and appreciation for the Little Book of Cultural Tips, we have developed a 360-degree tour of a house visit, showing you all the tips ...in action during the visit. We hope you enjoy this visual representation and gain much value from it, just as the booklet has provided. The app is easy to download. If you have a smartphone, please navigate to the Google Play Store and search Diversicare MAS. If you have an iPhone, please navigate to the App Store and search Diversicare MAS. Follow your standard download procedure, and once installed, you will find it amongst your other apps on your phone. Please note, the resource is free for use to everyone; there is a fee for the cross-cultural workshop for non-aged care providers. We are in the early days of the app so any feedback would be much appreciated.
