24.01.2022 The guys and girls from the @sydney_project_diving were out on the boat on the weekend removing Ghost Nets that they discovered have been trapping sharks on the wrecks. Some of you would remember their rescue effort recently... the only one they had been able to rescue after seeing many not so lucky ones before. They decided they wanted todo something about it. The Tuncurry, which has been the object of their recent mapping project has the biggest net on it, so they ta...rgeted this one first. Yet, many of Sydney’s wrecks are littered with nets, killing all types of marine life. One of our regular sites, the Birchie has many on it, that need to be removed. 23.01.2022 Our phone is STRUGGLING.... thanks to our friends at Vodafone Australia, we have maintenance in the area that has brought our phone reception to 1 bar. In some weird twist- we can hear you perfectly but you can’t hear us..... Here is a visual representation of me on the phone to Vodaphone technical support this am....
