22.01.2022 As of today it is mandatory to wear a face mask when outside of your home within the Melbourne Metro region and Mitchell Shire. We request that all of our visitors and patients be wearing a mask on arrival and we will ask you to remove it when appropriate! We would like to thank you for your cooperation You will find all of our staff from reception, to the office and of course all of our clinical staff will also be wearing masks at all times.... 18.01.2022 To all Diviach Dental patients and families; As we come to the end of five weeks of strict lockdown, we hope all are keeping well during this very difficult time. We were disappointed to hear the Premier's announcement that dentistry and orthodontics will remain at a restricted level for the foreseeable future. We are not sure when the restrictions will be lifted, but it is possible that this could be for an extended time.... In the meantime, please note we are offering emergency appointments for any patients that require them. If you are in pain or discomfort, please call the practice on 9391 1114 to request an appointment. We want you to know that we are here for you and will offer as much support as possible. For any patients who have appointments scheduled from the 14th September, our office will contact you a week out from your appointment to advise of any changes. Due to the number of patients to be rescheduled, we ask that you wait for us to contact you. We are grateful for your patience and understanding. We will continue to keep you informed of future developments as we become aware of them. 05.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE Due to the increase in COVID 19 cases and our goal to reduce active case numbers and fatalities, we have made the difficult decision to postpone some dental treatments in the next six weeks and change our opening hours to minimise the reason for patient travel in our community. Saturdays the clinic will be closed until further notice and Friday mornings we will be open on a limited basis. Monday to Thursday we will be open from 9am to 5pm.... Your dental health is a priority to us but during these difficult times we feel the safety and health of our patients, staff and their families are of utmost importance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may pose but reassure all our patients that we will be here for any emergency treatment required. Our reception team will be in touch and if we are unable to reach your call instantly please leave us a message and we will endevour to contact all patients new and existing as soon as possible.
