18.01.2022 What is GROUNDING?? Grounding is basically balancing out the spiritual and physical energy in your body, by connecting yourself with the earth, the roots of the earth and mother nature through your feet. When you are grounded, you feel like you are here, in the physical, in the present. When grounded you will feel clear minded, centered, strong and focused. Unfortunately, most people are unaware that they are ungrounded, and just carry on each day without any ground...ing. Myself I only found out just what grounding was a few years ago and all these years as an empath and psychic I've been not protecting my energy or grounding and I can honestly say it makes a huge difference when I'm not grounded and feeling the affects I know to go ground immediately.. With society today we are becoming disconnected from ourselves due to technology and being busy "doing" rather than "being", that we have lost touch of ourselves. Some people are thinkers, not feelers, so you are in your head more than you are in your body. You think about your feelings rather than feel them. If you are ungrounded, you may lack focus/be easily distracted, feel spacey/scattered/anxious and be easily affected by what’s going on around you (especially other people’s energy or mood). You may experience feeling physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually drained, or suffer from inflammation, poor sleep, chronic pain, fatigue or poor circulation. Grounding is an essential part of life. Even if you do not think you are a spiritual person. Lightworkers and those on their spiritual path and empaths should be grounding morning and night minimum. Grounding can be going barefoot on grass connecting directly with mother nature, or if this is not an option a grounding guided meditation, visualising yourself in nature barefoot is just as effective as it's all in the intentions. There really is no excuse to not ground. 5-10 minutes of your time really is worth it. The difference it makes is huge and is an essential in my household.

I have been so drawn for a while now to go live and share my story as this is the next chapter of my healing journey where I now am in a position to help others heal from my experiences. Alot of my clients recently are in similar situations I was once in so this was my sign and cue to go live. In order to heal we must face our traumas and issues to evolve, there is no shortcuts to awakening or to bypass the bullshit. This will be raw, real, no filter emotional and I have no doubt this will resonate with many souls which is why I'm so drawn to share my journey with you all to give others insight and guidance into how they can also help their awakening and healing process as there are so many of you's who are intuitive and gifted but may be stuck or blocked. Cos let's face it, we all have a story, we all have a past and too often we only speak about the success and where we are today.
