20.01.2022 How to check where your vibration sit. 1. Look around in your environment see what’s going on? Are people smiling at you? Does the sky look beautiful? Or do you see lots of obstacles and are getting frustrated with people or yourself. That’s the first step to recognising that the universe you you showing you where you sit at the moment and if they are running high or low. 2. If you see repeated number like 1234, 1111, 222, 333 that’s the universe telling you that your vi...bration are being raised. But it you see descending numbers like 4321 or 666, your vibes are definitely low. 3. Check your emotions, how are you feeling today? Love, joy, enthusiasm and content is all high vibration pattern. While angry, sadness, boredom and depression is obviously the opposite. If your feeling just ok it means your in the middle. 4. Monitor your body. If you feel great and abundant energy, I would say it high vibes and if your in pain or ache etc that is low. It’s good to monitor how your feeling and where your sitting with your vibes. If you are running with the low, please make an effort to think about manifestation and positive thinking. I great way I find is to go out in nature, go to the park or a waterway. Sit, relax and enjoy. Play with a pet, whatever brings you joy.
