23.01.2022 The trees have been talking to me lately. .. Lucky I know my tribe knows that this is what I do. In the past you'd be locked up or something worse for this. .. They've been asking for us to connect to them. They love to connect with us. You can put your hands on their trunk or sit with your back against them. It's quite a supportive feeling. You can use your telepathy or mind to communicate. Or Speak out loud... or silently... and ask them for their wisdom...You can ask them to take away excess energies to help calm you down and also to ground your energies through them into the earth. They will do this willingly. In return its always nice to offer gratitude for their assistance or ask them how your can help them

22.01.2022 This is how I felt waking up this morning. Like the world was a magical and safe place. Its a contrast isn't it from what we've been programmed to think. . Archangel Michael wanted to come through so I'll let him speak some words.....Now is the time to Step Up and Lliterally step out of the old clothing the old paradigm the old programming that you have been emeshed in. You have the capability to do that.. it's a lot easier than you think. You are fully protected and guid...ed as you do this. We are there for you. your spirit team.. your guides and your earth family. We will hold your hand and help you in any way we can. You just need to ask. we know sometimes you feel alone.. you feel unloved and you feel unappreciated.. and you've feel like there's no way out of this place that you are in if it is not a comfortable place.. 20.01.2022 Clearing your energy bodies is just as important as cleaning your house. We pick up energy attachments and others thoughts feelings and emotions which we can take on as our own. Most of you who are reading this would be empathic. Which means you are open to feeling others thoughts feelings and emotions. These TFE's can take up residence within us causing anything from depression, anxiety to physical pain. I offer sessions either over the phone or in person that can help with that. 16.01.2022 Entities, Dark Forces, Curses, Energetic Knives, Axes and More!!....These are some of the energy drainers that might be affecting you more than you realise and are actually more common than we think. Ever heard the expression, being stabbed in the back! Well it happens energetically. Its not very nice, but I've seen quite a few knives and even axes over the years embedded in peoples backs and heart areas. It could be unconscious or conscious intentions so be careful the en...ergy you put out to others! How these energetic forces and objects can affect us differs with each person. Some may feel a bit low, suffer from anxiety for no apparent reason or plunge into a deep depression that they just can't get out of. Its very important to clear our energetic bodies regularly, and some maintenance work is required just like anything else. Its a bit like maintaining your body, keep it in good knick and it will serve you well :-). This is where energy repair work comes in. Your aura will need to be cleared of any entities, or energetic objects, repaired and strengthened, then I go in and work to change the energetic patterning so that you don't attract that type of energy easily again. Its important to have energetic protection as well. To do this type of energetic surgery, I work with the highest of the light. Angels, dragons, elementals, galactic and ascended masters and spirit guides can be present to assist. Results are a lighter, brighter you, that is more energised, motivated and connected to your soul essence as well as source energy. I usually give you tips and tricks for maintenance as well from the guidance I receive for you. It makes sense to me to work in the most efficient way with beings of the light that are going to get the job done ... We also don't need to have a healing crisis like was once thought. Emotions can come up and this is part of releasing trapped energy. This beautiful Dragon card came up last night... Part of the team to clean up any heavy energies that are stuck in our energetic field. ...Energies that we could have inherited from our ancestral lineage or from the collective field. Not only can you feel energetically lighter but also physically lighter as we often create weight problems in response to trapped thoughts feelings or emotions (TFE's).
