24.01.2022 DAY 21 of our juice fast. WOOHOOO. We did it and feel amazing.... Our physical results as well cleansing and resetting our whole immune system were - Neil - gave away 10.1kg and 19cm Clare - gave away 5kg and 25.5cm If anyone is keen for guidance to do a 7,14 or 21 day juice fast, please PM me. As a student Heal Thy Self coach I can take photos of your eyes and identify which areas your body need nurturing and detoxing. I can tailor a health plan including the 7 principles of health for you to achieve your health goals. A juice fast can be included in the plan and specific cleanses. 21.01.2022 It’s SO crazy so few people are talking about boosting the immune system....AND the one thing that boosts the immune system the most () is all left... in abundance on the supermarket shelves Let’s start a fresh whole foods PANDEMIC, instead of clearing out the toilet paper and baked beans isle let’s clear out Bunnings, tree farms, nurseries of ALL the fruit tree’s, tree nut trees, seedlings, vegetable plants, berry bushes, passion fruit vines, grape vines and ANYTHING EDIBLE. Then let’s plant out every front yard, every back yard every sidewalk, every nook and every cranny.......we could spend our isolation time caring for our new food source, the kids will all love it, it will be one of the BEST life lessons we could ever teach our children How to grow their own food and WHY. As everything starts to bloom and fruit with beautiful bright colours everywhere we would hope to be coming out the other end of this nightmare with a massive realisation about what’s really important in life, what we take for granted, how little we actually need to survive and thrive and we will be surrounded by edible gardens, sharing with our neighbours, swapping apples for tomatoes and strawberries for peaches and starting over as conscious eaters, eating to nourish, eating to heal and eating to thrive. The world IS waking up, Mother Earth IS healing and so can we

15.01.2022 Day 18 of our juice fast today. YAY. I just wanted to share another morning ritual we do after our walk is the Tibetan Rites and Shake'n'Bake exercises. These exercises are ancient moves to wake up your body and particularly your endocrine system.... Check them out at the link below and give them a try. 11.01.2022 Neil and I broke our 21 day juice fast with rockmelon and mango down at the river. Oh my the mango was devine.... Now for a week of juices and fruit followed by salads and soups. It is very important to break a fast correctly and slowly. We plan on doing another one in spring sometime. We will let you know and you can join us. Thank you for following our jouney.
