16.01.2022 Its our 2nd Birthday Thank you everyone who supported our little salon Its been quite a ride. Weve had our ups and downs. Many of you have experienced long waits due to unforeseen circumstances. Some of you have messaged us privately when things didnt go well. Some of you had given us bad reviews. Some of you had unliked us cause we failed to match your toe colour to your hands. Some of you threatened to not come back to our salon anymore. Some of you had walked-in... but we couldnt fit you in so you left disappointed. Some of you tried booking online but our website is down. Some of you probably called the salon and got the answering machine. Despite all our shortcomings, MANY of you stood by us and helped us pay the bills and kept our tiny but loyal list of staff employed. Thank you Yes it has been a big roller coaster ride. Our problem was NOT having enough customers but having TOO much. Unfortunately not many technicians live in our beautiful Blue Mountains so finding enough staff has always been a challenge. But if theres one thing I can assure you, we always do our best and we not only care about your nails, we care about your health. Our salon is known for its top hygiene and we take extra care. We hope and pray that this year, on our 3rd year, we be blessed with extra staff so we can accommodate more of YOU!
