22.01.2022 Full moon in Pisces release This full moon in pisces may feel quite intense for most - there will be themes but the experience itself is deeply personal & individual. I feel called to remind you this release is something that will be occurring over the next 2 weeks & not just a short/intense burst. You can approach this how you feel called, but you don’t have to go in so intensely...there is a tendency to drown in all this watery energy. Warning - deep waters are ahead, ...utilize personal floatation devices to minimize risks. A trickle release, slow & steady seems to be the best approach, rather than letting the floodgates open. Spirit is saying very strongly here, this "all in" approach could well be your own undoing. The key statement I keep hearing is movement in motion, meaning creating a state of motion to allow flow & a gradual release. Breath work, chanting, dancing, primal movement is something that I am feeling as a means to allow that sustainable release for this full moon. There is the method of burning for releasing with the full moon which you are welcome to use, but I intuitively feel this is not necessarily the approach. Spiritual showers/baths would be most beneficial, as well as incorporating movement in motion. The virgo sun acts as a mirror to illuminate our own perfectionism & asks us if its truly necessary to hold ourselves hostage to our association of overworking/perfection with our sense of worth. We are also being asked to release anything that keeps us from taking responsibility for our role in the world & service to humanity Aka, it’s time to step into leadership & know that being a leader does not = perfection/never fucking up. 17.01.2022 S T O R Y T I M E I wanna tell y'all a story about me and how I came to finding myself through witchcraft & queerness. I have memories of myself as a child creating a book of spells and I remember when I was at school with my best friend in yr 5 having this awakening moment when we were playing outside. We spoke about the trees and the grass and everything around us being alive and "has a spirit". It was a profound realisation and in that ...moment we both decided (or remembered) we were witches. We read eachothers fortunes and deciphered ancient knowledge by reading the patterns on this big, old tree trunk that used to sit at the edge of our school's oval. We ended up going to different highschools so in year 7 I ended up going to a seriously conservative christian high school my dad enrolled me in to get "back" at my mum... for being gay I guess? Anyway, my witchcraft became something I pushed to the side because I was starting to learn what would & would not be acceptable at this school ya know? I did get sucked in to their beliefs, this might sound a bit exaggerated but I feel like the students where honestly gaslighted in a way by the teachers and it was just a whole thing. I started to feel confused and conflicted because while I was having profound spiritual experiences, the values & beliefs that were being instilled were really conflicing and confronting - I was a queer-curious girl with a gay mum and I was scared to practice witchcraft or explore my own sexual identity because I really started to believe they were "right" & I was "wrong". I was fearful, resentful & full of shame that I didn't know what to do with. Luckily I ended up leaving that school for year 11 & from there I was free to make sense of everything I had learnt & experienced to start creating my own beliefs and start exploring my queerness and my craft.
